Rooney helped Manchester United get past Birmingham City with a struggling 1 nil winner. Birmningham did put a inspiring performance , but short to level Manus performance. Manu though not performing to a level as expected, just managed a win. Plenty of chances went begging from both sides, failing to capitalize, whilst the goalkeeper has a busy day at both ends.
