KOLKATA: Indian football captain Baichung Bhutia has been given an honorary lifetime membership by the Portugal football players' association. This was confirmed by the Football Players' Association of India (FPAI) secretary Sumit Mukherjee.
Bhutia has been instrumental in getting the FPAI, where he is the president, an affiliation to the international players' body FIFPRO. — Principal Correspondent
