Tottenham are planning to test Schalke’s resolve for striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
The Dutchman has been a long-term target for Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.
German sources say Schalke expect a bid of around £15 million to soon arrive for Huntelaar with Holland now out of the Euros.
