It has been revealed that Barcelona president Sandro Rosell is confident he has a watertight deal for Santos star Neymar.
Despite rival competition from Real Madrid – and the spending power of Chelsea, Manchester City and PSG – Rosell is convinced Neymar will pull on a Barca shirt when he leaves Santos.
Punto Pelota says Barca have agreed to pay a stunning €60 MILLION fee to be sure that Neymar will join them when he eventually decides to leave Santos.
