Reports are out claiming that Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen wants a move to Manchester United.
The Sunday Mirror reported that the Danish international will ask his club Ajax if Manchester United are one of two clubs bidding for his services before he makes a decision on his future.
Zenit St Petersburg have begun talks with the Dutch champions over the £20million-rated 20-year-old.
But Eriksen is hopeful that United will rival the Russian champions for his signature, given Sir Alex Ferguson’s outspoken admiration of him in the past.
