Tuesday, May 26, 2015

The Reds have already revealed their home kit, means that their 2015/16 away kit is the only one yet to be released. That shirt is believed to be white in colour.

Sevilla vs Real Madrid 2015 (Sevilla-Real Madrid VIDEO BELOW)
Sergio Ramos has branded Real Madrid team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo as "virtually indispensable" following the forward's hat-trick heroics in their 3-2 victory over Sevilla

Final score and result:- Sevilla vs Real Madrid 2-3 (Bacca pen, Iborra/Ronaldo*3)
Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan- 2 May, 2015- 2/5/15
Cristiano Ronaldo scores a hat trick as Real Madrid inflict a rare home defeat on Sevilla.Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick as Real Madrid edged past Sevilla to end the hosts’ long unbeaten run at home, and move back to within two points of leaders Barcelona. That was breathless stuff at times, especially in the second half as Sevilla chased the game with gusto. Carlo Ancelotti will be mightily relieved to have won that match, given some pretty dreadful defending at times. The hosts were, on balance, perhaps unlucky to lose their long home unbeaten record.
"Cristiano is a incredibly optimistic player who lives for goalscoring," the Spain international told reporters. "He gets punished by others when he doesn't.He is virtually indispensable and hopefully can continue his scoring streak. We knew it would be life or death against Sevilla, but we have got the three points we came for."

Nantes vs PSG 2015 (FCN-Paris Saint-Germain VIDEO BELOW)
PSG came into the match level on points with rivals Lyon, but with a game in hand, and Sunday night's win ensures they are alone at the top of Ligue 1, three points clear with three matches to play.

Final score and result:- Nantes vs PSG 0-2 (Cavani, Matuidi)
Stade de la Beaujoire, Nantes- 3 May, 2015- Ligue 1- 3/5/15
Paris SG go three points clear as goals from Cavani and Matuidi give them a 2-0 win away at Nantes. Check out Ibrahimovic’s delightful assist for Matuidi’s goal.PSG return to the top of Ligue 1, courtesy of a comfortable 2-0 away win over Nantes. Goals from Cavani and Matuidi were enough for Blanc's men, who quite easily could have improved their goal difference further here tonight. Ibrahimovic had missed the three previous games for insulting officials after a league match against Bordeaux at the end of March, giving Cavani the chance to play in his favored centre-forward role.

Talking Points:
  • Paris Saint-Germain went into the match second behind Lyon in Ligue 1
  • Laurent Blanc's side were level on points with a game in hand on rivals
  • Edinson Cavani opened the scoring after just three minutes in the first half
  • Blaise Matuidi made it 2-0 and secured the win for PSG away at Nantes
  • PSG are now three points clear at the top of the league with three to play

Tottenham vs Manchester City 0-1 Highlights News English Premier League 2015

Tottenham vs Manchester City 0-1 Highlights Video Clips English Premier League 2015
Citizens staying in pole position for automatic qualification into next season's Champions League

Kun Aguero was the scourge of Tottenham Hotspur once again as Manchester City won 1-0 at White Hart Lane on the day they were dethroned as Premier League champions by Chelsea.Aguero scored all four goals in City's 4-1 home win over Tottenham in October and his first-half strike ensured he has now found the back of the net eight times in his last four games against the London club.Harry Kane and Ryan Mason went closest either side of half-time for Spurs, who have now won just two of their last seven Premier League games.
Match Stats:
Full Time Score : Tottenham 0-1 Manchester City.
Tottenham 0-1 Manchester City Goals
Tottenham vs Manchester City 0-1 (Sergio Aguero scored goal vs Manchester City)
Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino: "I feel proud of our players. The performance was very good and we deserved much more. But the effort was brilliant.
"We had three or four chances in the first five minutes, but when you play Manchester City, you need to score when you get those chances.
"Joe Hart was brilliant. He was the man of the match, and the difference between the teams.
"We had a chance to score from a corner, and there was a good counter-attack from City and finish from Aguero. Our mentality is to attack the opposing goals. I think we were a little unlucky.
"Aguero is a brilliant player. The chance that he had, he scored. But we are disappointed."
Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini: "I said before we were going to see a beautiful game because both teams play offensive football so I expect the fans enjoyed the game. It was a close game and Sergio [Aguero] scored a great goal. I am happy about that.
"You must remember against Tottenham that Chelsea conceded five goals, we have a clean sheet. Tottenham create chances with offensive players, but I think we have as many chances as Tottenham. We have to finish the season now and then we will analyse it.
"I think it's important to finish as near the top as possible and see where we need to improve. Maybe Chelsea are more consistent this year and they won the league but we scored more when we did it."
