RAMSEY AND BALE RUN RIOT - Wales in party Mode . Wales swept past Russia with a breathtaking display in their final group game at Euro 2016 to reach the knockout stages of a major tournament for only the second time in their history.Gareth Bale is the first player to score in all three group games at the European Championship since Ruud van Nistelrooy and Milan Baros in 2004.The adventure is only just starting for Chris Coleman's side after a wonderful performance in Toulouse saw them clinch top spot in Group B.
Wales boss Chris Coleman: "The three points are massive for us but the performance was even sweeter than the points. My players were brave. I don't mean without the ball; I mean brave in possession. We were brilliant without the ball against England, but with it, we didn't play like we know we could.I'm absolutely made up for the players. This group are on their way to more success and this is just part of the journey they are on.We have to see who we get next but we play with no fear. When we play like that, why should we have any fear?"

Will England finish top of Group B at Euro 2016?

Tuesday, May 31, 2016

Back in December, most England fans were overjoyed at the prospect of facing Russia,
Wales and Slovakia at Euro 2016. Now, they probably aren’t so confident. What was widely
regarded as a fairly straightforward group is now incredibly competitive – largely due to
Slovakia’s organisation, Russia’s ability to perform on the big stage and... Gareth Bale.

If truth be told, England should still finish above their rivals in Group B but it won’t be an easy
ride. The Three Lions have won their two warm-up matches so far but sterner tests await
sterner tests await them in France this summer. Roy Hodgson has selected a strong squad for the competition and, if they play at their best, England could well shock the world and win the competition – THAT’S how good they could potentially be.

At the time of writing, are various tips as well as Euro 2016 odds and news on
the upcoming competition. England have been tipped by a few pundits over the last few
weeks and The Three Lions will be looking to qualify at the top of Group B to give
themselves the best chance of winning the tournament. After all, second place could leave
England needing to face France in the quarter-finals and that is an imposing prospect to say
the least.

First up for Hodgson’s men is a tricky clash with Russia in Marseille. England will take
hundreds of thousands of supporters down to the south of France for this clash and
Hodgson’s men will fancy their chances of getting off to a good start. Russia are a formidable
outfit and England know that they must win, especially if Wales pick up a positive result
against Slovakia. In fact, Slovakia were expected to be the whipping boys of this division but
their 3-1 victory over Germany suggests they could well be a force.

And with that in mind, Hodgson knows the importance of picking up all three points in their
opening group game. That means The Three Lions will select their strongest available squad
and have suggested that England v Russia will include Rooney, Kane and Vardy in one of their Euro 2016 odds and preview articles. If they are correct, Hodgson’s men
may have too much firepower for the Russians – especially if he deploys both Kane and
Vardy in central areas.

On their day, England are capable of producing great things and success at Euro 2016 would
certainly qualify as a fantastic achievement. Roy Hodgson’s men will be quietly confident of
advancing past the group stages and from there, victory is certainly plausible. Who knows,
the Three Lions could even emulate the legendary World Cup-winning side of 1966 if they
play their cards right...

Manchester United vs Everton 1-0 Highlights Video Clips English Premier League 2016

Manchester United's 1-0 win over Everton was a stark reminder to their neighbours that they won't go away quietly in the race for fourth place.Anthony Martial struck Manchester United's 1000th Premier League goal at Old Trafford. There are enough winnable games left for United to make the most of any City lapses which should occur between now and May 15, especially when they have match-winners like Martial and De Gea in their ranks.Champions League qualification is still a real possibility for Louis van Gaal's men, but still plenty of work to be done to overcome Manchester City in fourth place. Everton just want this season do be over and done with by the looks of it, with only the FA Cup providing any kind of excitement

Anthony Martial's late heroics keep alive Manchester United

Anthony Martial cancels out Dimitri Payet’s opener for West Ham, leading to a replay at the Boleyn.Playmaker Payet, who has wowed fans throughout his first season in England, had put West Ham in front with an incredible 30-yard free-kick earlier in a second half that also saw both teams have good claims for a penalty turned down.Martial's intervention means United are still in the FA Cup, a competition that represents their best chance of silverware as they sit behind West Ham in sixth position in the Premier League and are 2-0 down to Liverpool after the first leg of their Europa League last-16 tie.West Ham, meanwhile, will be still dreaming of the trophy if they can join Crystal Palace, Everton and Watford - who defeated holders Arsenal on Sunday - in the last four.

Final score and result:- Las Palmas vs Real Madrid 1-2 (Willian Jose/Ramos, Casemiro)
Estadio de Gran Canaria- 13 March, 2016- 19.30 UK KO- 13/3/16- Sunday
Casemiro’s last gasp winner earns ten man Real Madrid a narrow win against struggling Las Palmas.Head coach Zinedine Zidane opted to rest the trio for the long trip to Gran Canaria to face Quique Setien's side.France international striker Karim Benzema also missed out as he continues his recovery from injury.Borja Mayoral, Nacho Fernandez and Alvaro Arbeloa all return to the matchday squad for a game which Madrid must win if they are to keep pressure on rivals Atletico Madrid in second place.Las Palmas almost claimed a hard-fought point when Jose netted a well-taken 87th-minute equaliser to cancel out Sergio Ramos' towering header in the first half but Madrid midfielder Casemiro had other ideas, as he headed Jese Rodriguez's corner beyond home goalkeeper Javi Varas just two minutes after Willian Jose's leveller to snatch all three points for Zinedine Zidane's side.A pulsating end to this encounter sees Madrid sparing blushes and take hard-earned three points against the resilient hosts, whose three-match winning rally is ended. Ramos opened the scoring, but Willian Jose thought he had rescued a point against his ex-club. However, Casemiro came up with the goods with a minute left. Two corners, two goals for the visitors, who also survived the late dismissal of Ramos.Ramos was then sent off for a second bookable offence in an nail biting finish ending, but the visitors held on for a third-straight league win that puts them back to within four points of second-placed Atletico Madrid and 12 behind runaway leaders Barcelona
