Can England perform at the Brazil World Cup 2014 ?

The Italian manager, Fabio Capello, currently in charge of the Russian national team, has claimed that England will be tired physically and mentally for the 2014 World Cup finals in the summer.

The 67-year-old master tactician believes that the English players are involved in too many matches over the course of the season, and that this will make things tough for them in Brazil in June.

"It's really important which physical condition the teams arrive at the World Cup," Capello told CNN. "England are always tired because they play too many games."

Buts that's the English Premier League, just like any other competitive league in the world. The best are the part of the league.

Capello's experience speaks, as he was the Three Lions boss between 2008 and 2012 and witnessed their disappointing World Cup campaign in South Africa four years ago.

"When you win everything is perfect,” said Capello. “When you lose, everything is wrong. This is the history of football. But we didn't play really, really well,  also the big mistake from the referee.”

Capello refers to Englands exit after losing 4-1 in the last-16 stage to their great rivals, the referees' failure to see Frank Lampard’s 20-yard shot that had crossed the line not helping them in their cause.

This time the Three Lions have been drawn in a tough group against Uruguay, Costa Rica and Italy, and having to play under hot and humid weather conditions, Roy Hodgson's men have been tipped to struggle in South America.

Capello thinks likewise and backs hosts Brazil to go all the way in the tournament and win it.

"Brazil is my favourite team because I saw the games they played in the Confederations Cup," said the former Juventus and Real Madrid boss.

"They improved a lot game after game and they are really strong. The quality is not the top like normal Brazilian players, but they are compact and they are really physically strong."

"After Brazil I think in terms of quality comes Argentina. Lionel Messi always makes the difference, as we just saw in the game Barcelona v Real Madrid."

What do you think, Who will win the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil?
