One of the
prolific players of all times, Mohamed Salah, who plays as a forward for
Premier League club Liverpool and the Egypt national team is also renowned for
his finishing, dribbling, and speed. Mohamed Salah’s ankle injury has plunged
him into abject misery as he has been ruled out of Egypt's forthcoming matches
against Kenya and Comoros. Picture of him wearing a protective boot on his left
ankle is doing the rounds and Egypt has substantiated the news by the snaps.

The
unceasing and stinging pain has been troubling him since the victory over
Leicester on October 5. Such a situation arose which entailed his replacement towards
the end of the 2-1 win over Tottenham two weeks ago.
Salah’s
ardent wish is to play for his country. The aftermath of a meeting between the
national team doctor, head coach and captain was that he got eliminated.
He came face
to face with the Egypt squad in Cairo on Tuesday morning and had to go through
certain tests which says that he needs a period of treatment to recover.
Liverpool's
next match is against Crystal Palace on November 23.
